Job Description Developing and maintaining quality
relationships with our regional clients, regular cold
calling & customer visits, sales lead generation &
qualification, key accounts development, technical sales,
proposal strategy & presentation, sales closing, follow up
activities, developing/maintaining marketing/project
activity reports
Perform all assigned operations & production activities
including raw materials receiving & storage, finished products
packaging & dispatch, testing/analysis of raw materials &
finished products, plant operations & maintenance, equipment
repairs, production reports, etc.
Additional responsibility including but not limited to, business
development, vendor management, procurement activities, testing/ analysis of raw materials, production planning, plant operations & maintenance, quality control of finished products, r&d, production & quality controls reports maintenance, marketing/sales of products, accounts management, etc.
Having Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Business Development Manager is responsible to serve
Management in the area of marketing and sales. He/she will be
responsible for the entire sales team and its complete scope of
work agreed its client.
Must be a self-starter and take personal initiative to innovate, win people trusts, develop personal relationships & penetrate into Client Accounts.
Must be willing to travel 60% of the time and make most efficient use of his out-of-town visits by preparing effectively for multiple meetings
